Become an Amatsu Practioner – Enjoy a rewarding, challenging new career

April 1, 2015

In need of a change of career? Do you want a rewarding, challenging and adaptable job that fits in around your lifestyle?

Think Amatsu…….. never heard of it? – Well read on…

What is it?

A physical, hands on complementary therapy

Where is it?

Taught in two lovely venues; Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire and Doncaster, South Yorkshire.  Both venues offer space to learn and good facilities to make your time in the classroom as easy as possible.

The Amatsu Training School runs an award winning course, aimed at getting the very best out of you whatever your learning style.

What if I don’t know anything about complementary therapy?

As long as you have a passion to learn and want to work with people, we will help you do the rest

During your first year you will need to do an online A&P course at a Level 3.  We will help you get this set up.

I already work with complementary therapies but am stuck in a rut

Then our training is certainly for you.  You will be able to work with clarity and ease to establish exactly what is wrong with your client, allowing good corrections and longer lasting results, with both minimal intervention and effort on you as a practitioner

How long does it take to qualify?

2 years to be an Amatsu Practitioner

Learning is part time and distance with twelve 4 day blocks in the classroom

Case studies and homeworks are done every month

Continued support from teaching staff throughout home study

What will I learn?

Learning afresh or furthering a working knowledge of all muscles ligaments and bones of the body.  Assessing and using diagnostic skills to discover exactly what the root cause of a problem is, rather than dealing with symptoms.

Working with taijutsu (the way you move) to effect change from the smallest of movements, allowing the body to carry on the work as the client walks

How can I book?

Deposits are now being taken for the 2016 Amatsu practitioner course, to be held at our training venues in Loudwater, Hertfordshire and Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Reserve your space with a deposit. Spaces are limited, so book now to avoid disappointment.
